Enrollment
  • Rodalink Community membership enrollment is free of charge. Membership enrollment can be done in-store or online on community.rodalink.com or by other means as determined by Rodalink from time to time. Applicants will get a Rodalink Community membership number  which can be directly used to accrue points and get the benefits of Rodalink Community according to the Rodalink Community membership terms and conditions.
  • Upon registration, member is highly encouraged to immediately complete the account profile through Rodalink Community website to activate membership, check points and expiry date.
  • Rodalink Community member points will be credited after the first eligible in-store or online purchase on Rodalink.com according to the prevailing provisions.
  • As of April 2, 2018 Rodalink Community will no longer issue any physical membership card. Members can state their membership account number, registered email address, or registered phone number to use Rodalink Community Membership Program.
  • The Member's name as written at the time of registration will appear in the Rodalink Community database. The name should be identical to the name on the Member's ID (national identity card, passport or other ID). 
  • Rodalink Community members can access membership information and points through Rodalink Community website.
Membership Tiers & Evaluation
  • Rodalink Community has Silver, Gold, and Platinum Tier.
  • Rodalink Community member tier status depends on the Tier Points accrued within the last 2 years of transaction.   
  • Only Tier Points accumulated in each respective activity period are considered in evaluating a membership tier status, and are not carried forward to the next activity period.
  • Siler membership status may be upgraded to Gold status at any time during an activity period upon the accumulation of 4,000 (four thousand) points.
  • Gold membership status may be upgraded to Platinum status at any time during an activity period upon the accumulation 10,000 (ten thousand) points.
  • Upgraded status will be valid for 2 years (24 months).
  • The evaluation for remaining current membership status or downgrading to a lower status is carried out at the end of each membership period, and involves: 
    a. Renewal of Silver status
    b. Renewal of Gold status, or downgrading to Silver status
    c. Renewal of Platinum status, or downgrading to Gold or Silver status
  • Criteria for evaluation as follows:
    Rodalink Community Silver Member Renewal: Rodalink Community Silver member who records at least 1 (one) transaction within a period of 24 months will re-qualify as a Silver member. 

    Rodalink Community Gold Member Renewal: A Rodalink Community Gold member who has accumulated at least 4,000 (four thousand) points within 24 months will re-qualify as a Gold member. A Rodalink Community Gold member who does not achieve 4,000 (four thousand) points within 24 months will be downgraded to a Silver member.

    Rodalink Community Platinum Member Renewal: Rodalink Community Platinum member who has accumulated at least 10,000 (ten thousand) points within 24 months will re-qualify as a Platinum member. A Rodalink Community Platinum member who does not achieve 10,000 (ten thousand) points within 24 months will be downgraded to Gold or Silver member according to the accrued points.
Earning Points
  • In order to earn and accumulate points, a person should be registered as a Rodalink Community member.
  • Rodalink Community member must state membership account number, registered email address, or registered phone number before transaction. Failing to do so will not guarantee points accrual.
  • Points will be accrued within 24 hours maximum after purchase transaction. For online purchase, it may take up to 24 hours after you receive your order and order status is completed.
  • Points may only be credited once for each activity, and earned on one Rodalink Community membership account only.
  • For transaction in Indonesia, member earns 1 (one) point every Rp 10.000 spent.
  • For transaction in Singapore, member earns 1 (one) point every S$ 1 spent.
  • For transaction in Malaysia, member earns 1 (one) point every RM 3 spent.
  • Points are accumulated based on eligible transactions in Rodalink excluding delivery fee.
  • Rodalink Community member can earn points from purchase of discounted items and/or purchase with point redemption/birthday gift card/gift card. In this case, points earned will be calculated based on the payment amount. Example: the member makes a S$ 50 purchase and get S$ 10 discount from the point redemption. In this case, the member earns points from the S$ 40 purchase, which is the payment amount.
  • Points will be deducted accordingly if any purchased item is returned or cancelled.
  • Points earned by a Rodalink Community membership account cannot be added or transferred to another Rodalink Community membership account.
  • All points earned from the activities on or prior to June 30, 2016 will be considered as an activity on June 30, 2016.
  • Rodalink Community membership program is valid in Rodalink Indonesia, Rodalink Singapore, and Rodalink Malaysia according to the terms and conditions in each country.
Points Redemption
  • Rodalink Community member can redeem his/her points with Rodalink discount voucher that can be instantly used for purchase.
  • For Indonesia, every 100 (a hundred) points are redeemable for Rp 12.500 purchase discount.
  • For Singapore, every 100 (a hundred) points are redeemable for S$ 2 purchase discount.
  • For Malaysia, every 100 (a hundred) points are redeemable for RM 6 purchase discount.
  • For security reasons, point redemption must be validated with One Time Password (OTP) sent through registered email and/or text.
  • Points that have been redeemed cannot be cancelled and/or re-deposited in the Rodalink Community member's account, unless for purchase return or cancellation.
  • Rodalink reserves the right to determine whether points may be redeemed on any Rodalink transaction.
  • Rodalink Community membership program is valid in Rodalink Indonesia, Rodalink Singapore, and Rodalink Malaysia according to the terms and conditions in each country.
Point Expiry
  • Point earned will have a 24 months validity period counted from the last day of the accrual quarter. If within the 24 months period the point is not redeemed, then that particular amount of point will no longer be valid (expired).


  • Point earning period Valid until
    1 January – 31 March 31 March (2 years after)
    1 April - 30 June 30 June (2 years after)
    1 July – 30 September 30 September (2 years after)
    1 October – 31 December 31 December (2 years after)
    Example: Point earned on any date of April 2018 will be valid until 30 June 2020. On 1 July 2020, that particular amount of point will expire.
  • All points accrued from transactions on or before June 30, 2016 will be considered as accrued on June 30, 2016 and will expire on June 30, 2018.
  • Information on soon-to-expire point is available on Rodalink Community website.
  • Expired and soon-to-expire points cannot be re-activated or have its validity period extended.
Member Obligation & Responsibility
  • Rodalink Community members guarantee the truth of the information provided, including but not limited to the name in accordance with the provisions regarding personal identity (ID/Passport/Driving license/birth certificate).
  • To obtain the optimal benefits of Rodalink Community membership, Rodalink Community members are encouraged to obtain updated information on the rules and regulations set forth on the Rodalink Community website. Each member of the Rodalink Community is considered to acknowledge, understand and agree to the most recent Rodalink Community rules and regulations.
  • Rodalink Community members are required to state a valid Rodalink Community membership number, registed email address, or registered phone number when making their transaction to ensure that points from the use of products and services of Rodalink Community are credited to their account. Rodalink cannot guarantee the proper crediting of points to the Rodalink Community member if the Rodalink Community member fails to comply with the above requirements.
Membership Termination
  • Rodalink Community membership may be terminated at any time and without notification under the following conditions:
    1. Misuse of the Rodalink Community membership number and/or the Rodalink Community program
    2. Inactivity with Rodalink or Rodalink Community membership for a period of 60 consecutive months.
  • Any unused points in the account of a Rodalink Community member whose membership is terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions will be nullified and will not be eligible for redemption.
General Conditions
  • Rodalink Community membership is issued to individuals, and each member holds a single Rodalink Community account.
  • Rodalink Community members are bound by Rodalink regulations as set forth in this Terms and Conditions.
  • Benefits received by Rodalink Community members are non-tradable and non-transferable.
  • Rodalink reserves the right to use personal information and data provided by Rodalink Community members to Rodalink for its own operational and marketing purposes, as well as in the interest of cooperation with Rodalink partners.
  • Rodalink Community Membership Program may only be used by the person whose name appears on the card, for purposes related to his/her Rodalink Community membership.
  • Each person is entitled to a single Rodalink Community membership number only. Point is not transferrable from one membership account to another.
  • Rodalink is not responsible for any risk arising from the misuse of Rodalink Community membership including but not limited to the misuse of Rodalink Community Membership Program, Rodalink Community member privileges and benefits, and/or Rodalink Community member point data.
  • Every decision made by Rodalink related to Rodalink Community membership is final and nondisputable.
  • Rodalink Community Points have no cash value and cannot be cashed.
  • Any disputes arise between Rodalink and Rodalink Community member will be resolved through deliberation to achieve consensus. If there is no consensus then the resolution will be resolved according to the prevailing laws.
  • Rodalink reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and the benefits of Rodalink Community membership at any time with or without prior notice. Any changes to the Rodalink Community program may be found in Rodalink Community website (community.rodalink.com).
